Baltic amber stone with inclusion - nice looking pseudoscorpion Pseudoscorpionida, Neobisidae. Pseudoscorpion looks as if standing in attack position against gnat.
It weighs 0.4 grams. Measurements of stone 18x8x4mm, length of pseudoscorpion max ~ 3.1mm, body ~ 2mm.
