Baltic amber stone with fossil insect - superb preserved crane fly Limoniidae (elongated proboscis) probably Helius, with phoretic mite on abdomen.
It weighs 6.8 grams. Measurements of stone 28x28x12mm, length of insect body and head ~ 6.2mm, max ~ 21mm.
