Baltic amber stone with fossil insect - looks like it's "flying" very rare twisted-winged parasite Strepsiptera.
It weighs 0.4 grams. Measurements of stone 16x13x4mm, length of insect body and head ~ 1.9mm, wigspan ~ 3mm.
