Baltic amber stone with probably parasitic mite suck to Limoniid crane fly (very interesting genitalia of fly).
It weighs 0.4 grams. Measurements of stone 19x10x3mm, length of moth body and head ~ 2.5mm, wingspan ~ 4mm.
