Baltic amber stone with fossil inclusion - probably a Staphylinoidea larva, for example Hydraenidae, Leiodidae or Staphylinidae. If it is a Hydraenidae, the larva should have aquatic habitat. Nevertheless it is rare and unusual in amber.


It weighs 0.4 grams. Measurements of stone 17x11x4mm, length of larvae ~ 2.7mm.
