RHIPIPHORIDAE Ripidius Wedge-Shaped BEETLE in BALTIC AMBER 1183

Baltic amber stone with fossil insect - very rare nice wedge-shaped beetle Rhipiphoridae probably Ripidius.

It weighs 0.8 grams. Measurements of stone 21x10x5mm, length of insect body and head ~ 5mm.
